Setbacks and Overcoming...

So I got my first client, and lost my first client! A fellow warrior contacted me about doing a video makeover for his site. Whoo hoo! I was totally happy, plus I almost have everything for my wso ready to go. I was really gungho. I got my payment via paypal and started on this project when disaster struck. My kid got on my work computer and went to some dodgy site. I've been spending days cleaning up the mess. Needless to say I couldn't fufill my client's needs, but I did give him a full refund. And of course my WSO launch is pushed back until I have everything rock solid.

It's better to wait and be sure that I can do what I say than to go in half cocked and end up with egg on my face. I'm also setting up a deal with a friend to use his editing system in case of emergencies next time. I never want to be in this position again.

On the plus side, this gives me some time to work on my copy for my WSO. I still believe that this will go over well and provide value for my customers. Only a few more days until launch.
