For long, India has been considered as the world's top outsourcing destination. A recent study by Black Book of outsourcing on top 25 riskiest locations for outsourcing has as many as eight Indian cities in their list! According to the study, one of India’s biggest commercial hubs Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon (NCR) ranks the 6th riskiest cities. The reasons cited include transnational and geopolitical issues.
