I'm looking for online application and / or software that will allow me to create animated promotional videos.

I've found an excellent product at: http://www.PowToon.com but it's still in Beta and as yet it's not open to the public. (Amazing when it is though!)



Does anyone know of any applications, services or software that allows you to do similar animated videos?
