Hello..

I am Terence, a sales mgr with a US MNC for software solutions. I have been doing this for 15 overs now. I had my good days, bad days, and as usual the challenges offered by the industry, and also the good rewards.

I am 40 and still i am enjoying the challenges posed by the industry I am in. However, as my kids are also growing up and cost of living going up, I realized I do need a second income that help to fund some of the nice-to-haves in our lives....
