As human beings we are creatures of habit. We might have the same thing for breakfast every single day. If we’re really a creature of habit, we have the same thing for lunch as well.

Our health becomes a habit because we really are what we eat. 2 cups of ice cream in the evening, every single night, can go a long way towards expanding your waistline and ruining your health....
