Checking Those Affiliate Links Point To The Correct Place

There's nothing worse than going to all the effort of creating your website, adding all the content and images and then adding what you think are your affiliate links, only to find out at a later stage that your affiliate links are broken.
While you can check your affiliate links by clicking on them, having a visual representation can be incredibly useful.
I developed a tool called Redirect Detective which a URL redirection tool that allows you to check any URL redirect, whether that be your own affiliate link, a URL shortener, domain redirect, 301 permanent redirect etc.
It also shows you at want point cookies are being set.
The screenshot below shows just how many redirects a typical WarriorPlus affiliate link actually goes through.
I got the idea for the tool after finding some of my affiliate links were broken and all the existing similar tools I found didn't work correctly.
