They will tell you above when you complain about website down, but frankly my website is rarely down, when my website cannot be loaded, I would contact their live chat support, those guys are of fast-response, though they are not helpful very well when you encounter some technical or program problems.

So you should be able to configure out how much disk space you really need, although a lot of customers like saying the bigger the better.
One important thing is not to attend to take this linux plan as a storage space, they have stated the related prohibition in their TOS. I’m sure this linux plan can support your website if there are 1000 visitors browsing a static page(such as .html file) at the same time, but if your website is dynamic website, which means visitor on your website needs to fetch data from database. 1000 visitors connecting your database and fetching numerous same data at the same time,such as 1000users searching same items on your website. this pity little linux plan shouldn’t be able to bear your rape. So you would looks like a layman if you ask whether you can support my website with 1000users. The answer depends on the above explanation. )
I heard from Internet that some webhost4life old clients complained about their servers, I just feel sorry about these old clients, how pity they are. Don’t they know there is duration period of server? They have been on that server for years and a lot of customers jamming on the same server.
Why don’t they simply create a ticket and ask for a free server migration. Yes, generally server migration request would incur some fee, but if it’s due to their server issue or problem , webhost4life should and will migrate for you free of charge.
