Web Promotion Testing

So I've just started to do some tweaking on my website promotion blog and it appears to be working. In 7 days went from an Alexa rank of 23,000,000 to 3,900,000 as of today.

I have not installed Google Analytics yet, however, that is one of the things I will be doing shortly. I believe the jump in rank was due to my linking it from Facebook and Twitter. Those are the only 2 backlinks I have manually put in so far.

Today I am installing the Premium version of CommentLuv and will start tracking results with the aid of GA.

I realize there is a debate on the effectiveness of CommentLuv in some circles, but I will give it a shot. For the time being my site will have Do Follow links in the Comment areas.
