Do you know a good uninstaller program?

I'm trying to uninstall a program (Rankerizer) that's become very annoying and don't know which uninstaller program to trust.
I've looked at Geek Uninstaller and Revo but am not sure that I trust them not to mess up my computer.
Wanted to see if I could get some feedback from someone that's used one of these uninstallers or could recommend one.
I appreciate any help or advice that you can give me.
