I have known about the forum for ages but was so busy doing what a lot of others do, i.e. buying every Guru's latest IM offering, studying them to death and then doing nothing to put the knowledge into practice!
Well there comes a time, when you have to take action no matter how small, so to quote Ken Evoy, I think it was. "Time to stop cutting bait and to start fishing" OR Paralysis by analysis has to stop!
I am battling to find a niche but will start tomorrow & then I will set up a Squidoo Page, Twitter Page, and a Blog, all to promote a Website that I will build as a tight keyword focused, content / review / affiliate site.
All this will be publicized with press releases, classified ads, on page SEO, inviting relevant links, writing articles, Purchasing PLR labels for re-branding and selling on CB and all the directory registrations and search engine submission's I can in between.
Does the strategy sound do-able? I hope so cause it's the only one I've got.
It doesn't surprise me that most newbies want to sell IM products, after all they have spent thousands learning huge volumes of information, that they are wildly excited about, the problem is to get it into our heads that we need to worry what information OTHERS want & then give it to them instead of deciding to do what WE like and then hope they will come. (Maybe the answer lies somewhere in between)
Me - I just want to adopt the Tim Ferris "4 Hour Workweek" mentality ASAP and in the interim build a sustainable online stream of income to finance the whole deal.
Any advice from fellow Warriors will be gratefully received.
Thanks Will
P.S I am an introverted IM'R so when I have plucked up enough courage I will head over to the forum which is a goldmine for a newbie, a huge resource!
