|  Leadbox not pre-populating the first name field

Hello! I'm new to leadpages but gotten far enough to create a Leadpage and leadbox and have it up and running...for the most part. I've appended the URL with ?leadpages-fn=&leadpages-e= but for some reason it's not populating the first name. See image... Any idea what i've done wrong? Any help is appreciated, thanks!!
