Your page is waaaaay too busy.

Your giving traffic too many options & not really focused on anything specific. No call-to-action.

When it comes to conversions, less is more.

Read this blog (unbounce.com), they've got some good info. about optimizing conversion rates & call-to-actions.

I will assume this is your competitor? haitong-metals .com? If you look at thier home site and yours. theirs is a bit more relaxed ( colors ) and seems a bit more put together.

That being said, your sites English is a bit to much better than theirs.

So the question. what is your companies goals with the web site? to directly work with western markets I am assuming?

So lets look at your western counter parts:

Custom Stampings Services - Keats Manufacturing

Custom Metal Stamping Services - Medium to High Volume Production - Wisconsin Metal Parts Inc. This design is very similar to yours.

I happen to notice there is a bit of a focus on "Lighting" metal is that correct? I do understand you do more.. but the focus seems to be there. is that intentional? Is that an area you are looking to specialize in?

Looked at this a bit more. your site says "click here for a quote" that is not a link, but below that there is a text link and when that's clicked.. its not a form, its a link to e-mail.

I get to offer a quote with this stuff may be a bit of a process. BUT I will bet you could with a form start the process off in a manor that allows the end user to feel they are not wasting their time.

Start with the obvious name phone number and e-mail. and then lets think outside the box here. ask if they have a piece already. ( if they do.. would it not assist you in the quoting process to put your hands on this? as in send the potential client a pre paid label in their e-mail and have them send you the sample so that you could give an extremely precise estimate. - in all of the sites I just looked at no one else is doing this )

You could also ask if they have a technical diagram of the item, and have a place for them to attach that in the form. Heck even a image taken with their phone with a ruler beside the item as a reference.

Basically the more information you can gather.. the greater and more accurate in detail your quote will be.

I would think that end users may jump through a few hoops here, to get exactly what they have at a lower price. Its simply a matter of knowing what hoops they need to jup through. And I am guessing you deal with this stuff daily.. so what is going to help you with a better quote and ultimately better service.

htmetalstampings is our website which we think is not so attractive to western visitors, it can not keep the visitors on it for long time and the visitors do not send us inquiry/Leads to us after they view our website, further more, our website have few visitors(around 10-20 unique visitors monthly, far away from what we expect), so we are trying to find out if our website can be improved and make them more attractive to visitors, then,we want to optimize our website on Google, bing,Yahoo,etc.

We are one metal stamping parts manufacturing company, all parts we produce are customized to customers' design,so all customers will purchase the custom parts in and asssemble metal custom parts and electronics parts or other components together to form the end goods, then, they sell the end goods to the consummers or their own customers. this is quiet different with the items which can sell direct on B2C, C2C platforms.

Our goal is to draw more western visitors to our website and they can send us their inquiries/leads about the parts they are looking for after they check our website, we can quote them and after some negociation, we can make their parts in our company, to win more business from western custoemrs though our website, this is our goal.

Thank you for your kindness to recommend us some references above, they are all related to our service, we do not know if these website have much better conversion rate,I think no one can know this except for themself.

We make metal custom stamping parts for lighting industry, only metal components instead of ready lighting which can be sold on market, but of course, we also manufacture metal stamping parts for electronics,architecture,medical,automotive,etc, in one word, we make cusom parts per customer's designs, sending us drawings/design or general idea, then, we realize their designs by production with tools.
