Without question you are progressing. Answer me this.. in one sentence can you tell me what your site is about and what it does?

Your checklist.... You want this to be BENEFITS... they are currently reading more as features... there is a fine line here "Submit your Headshot and Resume" I will assume you are meaning that you can upload these? that is a feature. "Store your Headshot and Resume for easy access at anytime anywhere" becomes a benefit. Back that up with a quick. you fly into NYC for an Audition... you left your Resume and Headshot on the kitchen table at home. No Worries... Walk into any instant print place pull up Model Act Dance acct and have your Resume and Headshot printed right then and there.

I would start thinking "Are you a Dancer, Actor, or Model? We provide Cloud based storage and retrieval for all of your Marketing collateral." It just sounds hi tech and hip and trendy... Just like your clients think they are.

I agree with Savidge. Use language that clears up what you actually do and why I should do it with your company.

To add to this, I'd put a different color behind the logo & navigation. Currently it looks like your logo is part of your headline.

Also, I'd change the font. I find this font difficult to read. A safe bet is Arial.

I've done conversion work for many big companies such as Expedia, The Boston Globe, Kobo Books, Firestone and more...
