Assigning average values to affiliate clicks for reporting?
Share on:

I'm signed up with several different affiliate programs and networks. I'd like to be able to use the Page Value metric in Google Analytics to see an estimate of what each page is making in affiliate revenue, on average.

Now let me be clear: I don't want to set up a system to actually collect all this data and feed it into GA. For now I just want to set an average "value per outbound click", treating all affiliates and links the same, and have GA add this to the page value.

Any way to do this in Wordpress?

I can set up a Goal in GA, but the hard part might be automatically assigning a value to all my outbound affiliate links, while also skipping it for the non-affiliate outbound links.
