The design is great and certainly stands out from other URL shorteners which are often a basic and similar design

My first impression however was the actual check.cool URL which is quite a lot longer than your competition, goo.gl etc, that may put people off. May be worth considering some shorter options? Just my two cents!

i was thinking about that name and as it turns out it is very hard to find a good short name. What i decided to do instead is go with a meaningful name 'extension' which user can choose. Something like check.cool/url_shrinking_site or check.cool/site or maybe check.cool/picture etc.

Thanks for those two cents. I will continue a search for a good short name and extend user options (multidomain shrinking etc).
