Can my niche abroad be my native English?
Some are blaming the AI / ChatGPT reality, which I'm also inclined to blame right now but I'm trying to be more proactive and changing this.
I've started upping my pitching and being more active on LinkedIn, but I'm also wondering about my niche.
While the majority of my clients have been in the B2B space, it's always been in a wide range of industries, from traditional industrial global brands to global tech brands to small-time SaaS startups to the HR industry and so much more. I've never drilled down to a certain specific topic/niche and it's never hurt me. I do have some B2C clients too.
My differentiator and I feel that my niche is my location and native English, in addition to my rich background with global brands. I'm abroad in a non-English speaking market, with a lot of global brands here. I've worked both internally and as a freelancer for global B2B and B2C brands also so I never felt a need to niche as far as topic.
Is this niche enough? Or should I rethink this? Because right now it's just not working even though from 2016-22 it was working perfectly fine
