Using News Video Clips In Video Marketing?

I am in the credit repair industry. There is a cloud that looms over my industry. I've worked hard to separate us from them, so to speak.
60 Minutes investigated the credit reporting agencies and found over 40 million errors on credit reports. In part of the video, the anchor is interviewing someone from the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). The FTC spokesperson said that the system the reporting agencies use is flawed and it's often difficult to have inaccurate or unverifiable information removed.
He went on to say that there were legitimate credit repair companies that could help consumers ensure their credit reports were accurate.
THIS IS HUGE FOR MY INDUSTRY!!!!
Is it legal for me to use small clips of the interview in a marketing video?
