Consumer paypal account question... (re: "pending charges")

I see my account has some pending charges -- and they have been "pending" fo a few days already.

Question is, are those charges already taken from my balance? Or do I have to anticipate those charges being taken out of my balance when they actually "post?"

I looked, and it SEEMS like those charges have already been taken out of my balance -- but I just want to be sure of that.

Please advise!

    Pending charges are those that have been authorized, but not captured yet by the merchant - it is the same thing as an authorization on a credit card.

    If the merchant doesn't collect it within 10 days for whatever reason, the funds will reverse back to your account.
