Ordering from aliexpress safe ?

Hi !
I am from India, about to place my first order on aliexpress.Product cost is approx $9.
Anyone has faced any problems on ordering from aliexpress ?

  Size is not related to safety in any way!

I would like to say, YES, it is safe, but still its recommended to buy from a good seller who has tons of positive feedback's.

  Seller feedback on Aliexpress and also on Alibaba is a farce. See this thread China's Consumer Protection Watchdog Reports On Alibaba that shows how Alibaba (Owner and operator of Aliexpress) has not improved the bad practices that led to their admission a few years ago that 2236 Gold Suppliers had defrauded customers.

I have been burned a few times, because they gave me a tracking number of an already delivered package, and I was to slow to notice to make a dispute. Otherwise, the times I have not received my orders, and I can see nothing on the tracking they provided, and they don't answer my emails, I just open a dispute, and I have gotten my money back every time.
I have bought a lot of stuff, I really like the site, and I feel totally safe
