DO NOT do aliexpress dropshipping (it's horrible advice)

I've talked to a few of you....guys out their are teaching to make the sale, order on aliexpress, use the free shipping option and order the shipment to the buyer....

BAD BUSINESS! Here is why...

1) It will arrive packed and full of Mandarin or other language!
2) It will take FOREVER 3-6 weeks
3) The perceived value is so low and people will feel ripped off upon arrival
4) Your refunds and customer support will be insane
5) Impossible to scale past a 20-30 orders a day

Bite the bullet, order 10-50 or w/e you can afford and test it.....ship from your home (assuming your in the country you're selling too)

When you sell enough....move to a fulfillment house

Fast shipment and good service = rebuyer customers!

If you REALLY want to know before you order....test sales but either REFUND right away or ....if your sales vs ad spend is good....then quickly order 50-10 pieces and rush them DHL (7-10 days) if in stock...

Save yourself the headache of the other way...

    I have never tried selling items from there but I have ordered products from there as well as friends. We have never had any issues. Cheap prices, free shipping, and arrives in like a week. I am in the US as well. Sorry that you seem to have had such bad luck with them.

      I'm talking at scale...if you order 1 or 2 pieces for yourself yes that makes sense...I'm talking about doing volume at 100's + a day in sales...the chance of issues goes much much higher.

    Anyone with half a brain and a legitimate business already knows this and the topic has been discussed ad nauseam.

    edit: minus the fulfillment service. Why put money in other people's pocket for services that you can do yourself? Unless you're making hundreds of sales per day there is no need to spend money on a fulfillment service.
