Negotiating
Hello everyone,
I recently purchased an eCommerce website today. I'm very excited to finally have my own business running. I will admit, while i do understand the basics of creating a drop shipping company, i am very unfamiliar with the negotiation landscape when it comes to dealing with drop shippers. If anyone with experience would love to chime in on how I can go about negotiating and what i can expect that would be most be most appreciated.
I have allowed the old owner to continue running her business in the meantime as I prep for a relaunch within a month hopefully, that way I will not lose traffic to the site.
Any additional tips or insights are welcomed as well.
