If I understand your question correctly, you want to know how to get your current registered users onto a list... right?

What you'll need to do is 2 things:

1) Export your current members list...basically their name and email
2) Sign up for an autoresponder service and import this list. I recommend getresponse...easy to use, easy to import your list. They also have lots of how-to videos you can go through to learn how to really use the service.

The short answer is to use an email management software like Aweber or GetResponse.
This will allow you to capture leads from your blog and email them from the Aweber back-office.

But I wanted to go an extra step further so you can really kill it.

Here's a short step-by-step guide that should help you get more people opting in to your email newsletter.

Step 1: Create a lead-magnet.

This is a free giveaway that you offer to your visitors in exchange for their email address (so you can send them the free offer).

This can be a free ebook, audio, checklist, spreadsheet, video, etc.
Don't get stressed out about making your lead-magnet super advanced like a 50 page ebook.

It can be as simple as a 5-step checklist that takes up half a page.
Or a 3 minute video about a topic that your visitors are interested in.

You want to sprinkle opt-in forms all around your blog so your visitors will be more exposed to it.
Use side-bar optin forms, header optin forms, middle of post and end of post opt-in forms.
There's plugins that do this, hybrid connect is one that comes to mind.

You'll also want to use a capture page to get the lead. I use LeadPages to create high-converting capture pages (and sales pages for later).

Step 2: Setup an Autoresponder Sequence

Inside of your email management software, you can write up a series of pre-written emails and load them into an autoresponder, which will be triggered as soon as someone opt-ins to your list.

So write 3-4 emails and schedule them to automatically send out to new subscribers every day for the first 4 days.

This is how you create systems in your business that run on autopilot, so you can work less.

Do some research on how to write an effective autorresponder follow up series and test it out.

Step 3: Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook Your List Until You Make Money

As you continue to build your list, keep giving value to your subscribers.
Value means sharing stuff that helps them out (and not selling every email).
Mix in links to your new blog post and videos, or other resources that give value.

This is jabbing. You are jabbing them with good content and value. Stuff that makes them know, like, and trust you.

After you build up all that value, you right hook them with an offer and they buy like crazy because they know you have their best interests at heart.

That is how you will create a long-term, profitable and sustainable business online.
