Problem spam outlook/hotmail

Hey, i use my server to send emails to outlook and hotmail users but the going to rhe spam folder wath can i do to improve the reputation of my ips, for information i engage my list of client to mark my email as not spam they do that but my emails still going to spam folder any idea plz?

    It could be the content in your emails that's flagging spam filters.
    I would review best practices to ensure your email isn't including any potential red flags for spam filters.

      The content are fine, i get 10/10 in mail-tester. I think the reputation of my ips are very poor. I don't know how can I improve it. any idea ktie?

        mail-tester is pointless. It uses SpamAssassin and is only valid if sending to a provider using it.

    Content has not business with emails going to spam on Hotmail. To inbox on Hotmail or Outlook you need a reversed IP. Yahoo and Gmail can easily be tricked by spinning content or rotating IP but not Hotmail.

    I doubt it is solely the IP address being the spam red flag.

    Be honest about the quality of your content. Does it drip with value? Is it genuine? Or are you desperately trying to make sales or add links? In most cases, the quality of content or lack thereof leads to spam issues.

    If your content is genuinely top grade then it could be another issue.

    You need to open a CSR with Microsoft and ask them to mitigate your IP's. They are going to tell you nothing is wrong at first, or the ip's don't qualify for mitigation, then reply back to the ticket and ask them to take another look and mitigate the IP's. They normally will increase the # of emails that will go to the inbox, but if you still send too many the remainder will land in the spam.

    I've done this quite a few times.

    Here's one of the replies I got when helping a customer of mine.

    Hello, My name is Divakar and I work with the Outlook.com Deliverability Team.

    The connection and throttling limitation against your IP (xxx.xxx.xx.xxx) has been set to a more appropriate level based on your reputation. Please note that this does not guarantee that your mail will be delivered to a user's inbox, only that it will no longer be subject to the previous thresholds unless your IP/domain reputation degrades (or) until it exceeds its revised thresholds.
    Here's another one.

    We have completed reviewing the IP(s) you submitted. The following table contains the results of our investigation.

    Conditionally mitigated
    xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/28
    Our investigation has determined that the above IP(s) qualify for conditional mitigation. These IP(s) have been unblocked, but may be subject to low daily email limits until they have established a good reputation.
    Then there a whole different process to transfer your reputation of your old IP's to new ones if you're switching IP's.

    Look for the section "How to delist from non-obvious places" and click the link next to Hotmail. I would post the link, but it changes, that page is kept up to date.

    Set Up Custom Domain Authentication: DKIM and SPF
    Updated: Jul 3, 2018

    Internet Service Providers (ISPs), like Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft, use DKIM and SPF authentication as a way to scan incoming emails for spam or spoofed addresses. Emails that fail authentication are more likely to arrive in a spam or junk folder.

    To help ensure your campaigns reach your recipients' inboxes and to make your campaigns look more professional, you can set up custom DKIM authentication for your domain, and add MailChimp to your SPF record.
