Gmail's blocks during warm-up

Hi all

Has anyone experienced getting blocked from Gmail while warming up a new IP?

Gmail servers send me bounce messages 550-5.7.1 (Low domain reputation)

Is there hope to remove this block?

Or do I have to change the domain?

How much email have you sent before you got these errors?
Whats your current engagement on the campaign you sent before you started getting the blocked messages?
What are you sending too? Affiliate, O&O Offer, or what?
This will help us to determine whats happening here.

How much email have you sent before you got these errors?

    ≈ 500

Whats your current engagement on the campaign you sent before you started getting the blocked messages?

0% Messages are sorted into the junk folder (No one can see them with this low volume which is normal for the engagement rate to be 0%)

What are you sending too? Affiliate, O&O Offer, or what?

Educational content + affiliate link (cloaking - 301 redirect) insertion in the last paragraph. (CAN-SPAM Act Compliance)

My messages do not reach Gmail users at all.

Does Gmail review the content even if it is still blocking it?!

During warm up process you have to send a proper email with content you are planning to send.

Sending small or hey, hi, hello emails during warm up may lead this blocking. so try to avoid these type of emails during warm up

      I, actually, was doing that.

      Thanks for the advice.

But this problem was solved. Gmail unblocked me and I can now send to Gmail users.

I discovered that I must ensure that the DNS records and email authentication are correct.

This tool from Google revealed the errors for me

      https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/checkmx/

Then I waited a while without sending any emails, then, Gmail removed the block.

I think the reason for the block was the accelerated approach in warming up, as I was doubling the volume every new day.

Now I increase it by 20%, and things are going well.

    Hi there,

Facing Gmail blocks when warming up a new IP is common. The "Low domain reputation" bounce message suggests suspicious activity. To resolve:

    Slow down sending.
    Ensure proper email authentication.
    Monitor user engagement.
    Avoid spam triggers in content.
    Clean your email list.
    Contact Gmail support if needed.
Changing your domain should be a last resort. Focus on improving sender reputation for better results. Good luck!

Yes, I did that actually. Warming up quickly is one of the most important reasons for getting blocks.
