What is the most cost effective way to get subscribers to a self development newsletter?

    Buying data is always going to be the cheapest, but depending on your strategy, might not be the best fit.

    I would think that PPC is probably the "cheapest" and most effective, but in your niche, clicks are going to be costing several dollars and you would need a great landing page to collect the sign ups.

    Co registration is a cheaper alternative but the quality of the leads your going to be collecting is going to be lower, and will require likely thousands of dollars in up front money in order to get in a path that meets your niche.

    You could also hire someone to send traffic for you, and pay per click or per sign up, but again, this is likely going to be front end loaded for anyone who wanted to do that for you.

    Just my two cents, but if your entering this niche, you should have a healthy budget if your looking to grow it quickly and effectively, and make sure your sales funnel is rock solid, otherwise you will blow a lot of money with not so much results.

    You could consider creating inspiring content (like graphic banners with quotes) for social media and promote your landing page. Simple, but will work gracefully with a large audience.
