We are only a couple days away from starting a new month and new beginnings and challenges for everyone in December. For those of you that participated in the first challenge in November I hope it helped you out and you gained some valuable knowledge. If anyone would like to go back and read that thread it is located here: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...challenge.html I hope more people jump in this month and everyone reaches their goals for the month of December. I know I am ready and excited about some new possibilites. I will let everyone know what those are in a couple days when the month starts. I like to start this thread a couple days before the month for people to see it and jump in and say their plans and goals for the month. What are you goals for the month of December? |

I missed the start of the November challenge (but didn't achieve my personal goals)... So here goes for December 1)Write 2 articles a day (minimum) 2)Spend 1 hour a day on forums marketing 3)Set up my autoresponder....don't know why this really holds me up 4)Set up another site 5)Earn money everyday with IM My current site is defeatpanic.com and it hasn't made a penny yet. I'll probably change these goals and add to them in the future. Good luck everybody! |

I didn't meet my original goal of the November challenge, but I think I might have been expecting too much considering I hadn't even built a single website before then. I did however make my first sale a few days ago, which has been a sorely needed motivator. I got kind of burnt out after the 2nd-3rd week of working on the site without anything happening with it. I have no idea what to even set as a goal for December. I'll avoid specific dollar amount goals this time, but I'd like to get my first site higher in the SERPS (currently jumps from 7-10 sporadically for main keyword) and hopefully get some more of my secondary keywords to page 1 as well. I will also launch at least one more multi-page website which will hopefully begin to make sales before the end of the month, too. I really like these threads. The November one was a great motivator for me, anyway, seeing other people having success, along with a few established IMers posting encouraging replies in there. |

I've just joined this forum, but count me in too! Here's what I'm aiming for this month of December: 1. Increase my earnings from hubpages and squidoo (I'm doing well right now, but want to maximize my earnings) 2. Increase the sales of my current blogs (monetized with Amazon) 3. Do a market research, find profitable niches and build more new blogs. |

The November challenge turned into a real challenge for me. I took an easy goal of just setting up my 5 autoblogs. Two were outsourced and came in early in the month, but I almost didn't get the remaining 3 completed. You can read about it in the November challenge thread. December will prove to be busy and distracting as we have lots of activities for which we have to host and prepare so I expect less time than usual to work on my business. Last month I launched 5 autoblogs, but they are not complete. So I'll take on completing them this month and launching five more. |

It's been an epiphany the last week and finally worked at getting close to finishing off a site with a couple of buddies of mine, but my real goal is to parlay the new site into working on a Travel Niche that has been burning on my radar forever now and I'm finally doing something about it. Although I'm going into December with the hopes of getting some programming done for my Travel site and getting that started full tilt in the new year. I am on a goal of trying to stop working for the man in about 1 year so I'll see how it goes.

I'm up for a challenge and love the group support. My goals for December are: 1. Get my one niche list up to 1000 subscribers. 2. Finish my sales funnel on the freebie (and upsells) that will boost the list to 1000. 3. Finish the product that is in process for that niche. 4. Finish the link wheel for that site/product/niche. I still work at my former profession only 3 days a week now so I am going to succeed! Good luck to everyone |

Hey Rizzy, thanks again for setting this up. Good luck to all. I just want to comment on 1 thing I read on the November Challenge post and something I am guilty of too, that is not following your projects through. A lot of IMers struggle or don't see the results they expected be it within the first 2 weeks or 2 months and a lot of people give up and move on to the next shiney object but the successful IMers tweak and test until they get it right and then scale up. If I doesn't work the first time, don't just abondon it and see it as a failure. Work out what is wrong and fix it, easier said than done but as an example if you're not getting the traffic then learn how to and apply it, if you've got the traffic but no sales, tweak and test etc etc Good luck to you all. |

Like the idea of this thread and it should help to keep people focussed on their clear objectives for the month which can be a big problem sometimes. Now what was it that I had to do this month? Create more training and features for the membership Add content packs to the PLR site Finish work on my latest product Add content to existing large websites and start a couple more smaller sites Well that should do for starters anyway! |

I got 4 sites up and live in november (Started on the 11th November). For December I want to 1) Bring my live sites total to 10 (only 6 more to build). 2) Work out a system to promote these sites. Currently I'm trying out various things, but would like to get a few easy steps I can use to promote any of my sites and get them to position 1 for my chosen keyword. Currently my best result so far is position 14, which is for my first site. 3) Have my first commission on any of those sites. This is tied in to 2. At the moment I'm not getting enough traffic so precious little visitors/clicks. |

I've been out of work since July and was able to spend several hours per day learning IM. The November challenge helped me to get focused and clear the information overload fog. So now that I'll be starting another job in December and have a lot less time available, I'll at least be focused on one business model and be more productive with the time I will have. My intention is that come this time next year, I'll be posting that I quit my job to work online full time! December goals: Write articles every day Set up hosting, auto responder, start building a list Launch a plr article site by the end of the month |

In November I set out to create 5 sites that would have varying ways of making money. (adsense, affiliate, etc.) I did get 3 of the 5 sites up, but I am switching my focus this month. Last month I started doing some SEO consulting on the side for a local company in my area. I also did some web development for the same company. Needless to say I made over $1,000 last month from this. I am now in the process of starting my own online marketing company. I was just referred to another company and they are ready to use me as well. I just need to get my site setup and sign them up and I will then have two companies on a monthly pay plan with me. Can't wait to see what December brings! |

Hi everyone Great to see so many back for the December Challenge I haven't read all the goal for december yet. I will when MR nearly 2 is napping just had to put mine in before I forget to do it. lol This month I am going to build a couple of squidoo lenses pointing at each of my website pages. I am going to go and look at hubpages and see what they are and how to make them. Then also try to build a couple. All of this will be pointing at either the webpages or each other. squidoo - hubpage - webpageetc. December is going to be really busy with a 2yr old birthday on the 10th then early christmas on the 11th, a trip to the airport on the 17th so not as much IM will be happening here, no websites will be built more just promoting the ones I have. Good luck to everyone on reaching your goals this month. Sarah |

Goals for December? Aside from increasing my monthly income at least $500 more from last month, I would like to help out a fellow warrior who's struggling. I was in this position exactly a year ago and now I would like to give back to the community who has given me so much. Expect a thread to be started in a few hours. Just waiting for my next break. |

- Launch one IM product online - Launch ten niche based websites - Work on SEO for each website for 3 hours daily - Build a list of at least 500 subscribers in three niches - Make at least $2,000.00 It's a large set of goals, but I have a lot of experience and multiple tools in my arsenal that will help my success. |

Hey that's great congratulations. I have an offline to online business myself and it's made us 10's of 1000's of income not to mention the monthly fee. We switched gears on a couple things we were doing to quit catering to the "small guy" and now we are getting bigger contracts and focusing on our personal online business. Just wanted to say; the offline business is a great way to "fund" your bank account while building your online business. Great Job!! PJ |

Love that! I hear ya, learning new stuff when you get stuck is all about being focused. Been there, done that and almost done launching a product for a huge membership site, over 1 million members; it's sure fun when you see the fruit of your labor and get to the end of the project. You can do it .... stay focused is definitely key! Pj |

My goal is to actually see something through. I keep buying WSOs and although I do work on a lot of them, I never seem to see any one thing through before the next shiny new thing comes along. Either that or I'm in the WSO forum and I click on another Warrior's signature and read what they are offering, go off and send for the free ebook, start reading that and before you know it, I'm in Neverland... Am I the only one? Anyhoo, my goal in December is to focus. Pick one project and see it through. |

I'm in, as the november challenge thread linked to exactly what I've been thinking about doing... lots of micro sites, but actually reading it has inspired me to do it NOW. I'm a web developer by trade, makes sense to get down with the my current work quickly and use this quiet time over the holidays to get started [although shall be busy with all the socialising...] Niche researching I think will be my weakness, and writing copy will be my second trouble [but at least I'm already a good native english speaker]. As I'm already quite knowledgeable in web development and SEO through my current work. My goal will be one per week for the month of December. Looking forward to reading over the old posts to see how rizzy did with his goal of 5 sites |

How about that? This is great that there is now a section for Member Contests & Challenges here at the Warrior Forum. Now that there is this section I want to step up this challenge for December. I want to keep making each month better and better. At the end of the month I am going to give one beginner a free membership to the War Room here. I am still thinking about how I am going to give it away, so I would love to here any ideas you have on this. Here's to a great December challenge. |

My goal will be building links to get my new site that I launched 2 weeks ago to the top of google for my main keywords. Got some of Angelas reports and one of Paul to go through and took care of a good social bookmarking strategy. Maybe I'll mix in some article marketing too. Also I want to get back on track with my programming, getting started in ruby finally and I have an interesting new website that I need to set up and feed with content, but I think this might be too much for this month with all the christmas and silvester stuff. |

My goals for December are mainly centered around my PLR store. I hope to add at least 8 new article packs, which would bring me to a total of 15 packs on the site. I also hope to release my first PLR report in Dec. as well. I've been just focusing on articles, but I think I'm ready to branch out and offer something else to my customers. Lastly, I hope to double my list for my PLR business. |

I am starting this month.. November challenge was awesome event though i wasn't in it, i did read some posts and i realized how many newbies made some money. That motivated me and i plan on taking action this and not give up like before. I was just doing keyword research to find some good keywords that i can compete in. I plan on making a wordpress website and then monetize it with amazon. Then i would start backlinking and hopefully it would work. Good luck everyone! |

Here is the biggest advice I can give anyone is "Get up off of your Butt and Do It!" I took my own advice after just constantly reading and buying WSO's and then talking myself out of it or half starting something and then worried about if it didnt work out again. Basically a million excuses that just wastes more time. Be passionate about what you are doing and that will overcome a lot of the objections as well. I am working on 2 projects, one is an under served Niche for newcomers and the other one is in the Travel Niche which I am extremely passionate about. This has really seemed to light a fire under me this time and I'm determined to keep on going and to be able to share my successes or failures with others helps as well. Keep on moving. |

Stop being such a lurker and I will actually start doing it! This entails: -Pick a product on clickbank. -Start a blog about that product. -Ad new content every other day to the blog for a week or two. -Build some links. ???Profit?? |

Hi everyone! I'm new to IMing so my goal this month is to get accepted to a network, start a travel niche website and to make at least $1. I know thats a very small monetary amount, but being absolutely new at this, I know I have so much to learn. Best of luck to everyone in accomplishing your goals! also, seeing everyone elses goals proves that with a lot of work and determination, financial independence is possible through internet marketing |
