This is a nice offer for people who haven't got their own website. I have several websites and a hosting plans with GoDaddy. However I could definitely do with some technical advice because I've run up against a number of technical issues which I'm finding difficult to solve.

Hey thats a great thing of you to offer!
I am a total noob in internet marketing. I have yet to start but I'm determined to make it. I've been reading about IM since a week and a half and this forum since last week. So I think I should be ready to start about now and just get into in! I don't really have that much money but still, I won't really mind paying for some server space and a domain. Though did I understand correctly saying that you would be willing to give some beginners advice? Cause then I would be very much interested!!

Either way it's very generous of you and I'm sure this might be enough to convince some people to finally start working already!!

According to me its business straties. If you will give free hosting for 3 months then suppose i am using this server and i am getting better support then definitely i will prefer to convert own plan.

Although I am an affiliate for GoDaddy, you really should not use their hosting plans because they do not use cpanel which is pretty much the standard. If you want to try and stay with GoDaddy hosting, here is their Product and Technical Support number: (480) 505-8877. Hostgator uses cpanel hosting. :)

Coupon codes can only be used at signup for hostgator. I am an affiliate for Hostgator too.

Wondering if he already found his 10 noobs to help. I'm finally starting to decide on what direction I want to go but as a stay at home mom I just don't have the start up cash to get my domain and hosting yet.

You know, I made this offer and it was almost a month before anyone found it and commented on it. I've almost forgotten about it, but I've had a few people PM me about it lately and YES, the offer still stands.

Of the few people that have contacted me, none have satisfied the 500 word requirement that I set out in the OP, and some are just downright skeptical that anyone would do this.

The upside is that I have gotten one excellent JV partner out of the deal, someone that was confused about their direction, but actually took the time to PM me and talk to me.

(I'll try to answer some of the questions that have been asked and comment more thoroughly later, it's late here. But yes, the offer still stands)

Wow! Am just now discovering this part of the forum. I never get past the first couple forums up there.

This is just me, but as a noob I had a really hard time setting up my domain and hosting. Writing some 500 words is easy than what I did to get started and free too. You also get a trusted member.

This could be very good. If I understand it right everyone wins. The Newbee get some free start up and possibliy a mentor. You get fresh ideas, possibly a good JV. And heck services to to new guy never is a bad thing, giving back to the forum community and all that.
Of course newbee like me might not think they have a lot of new ideas and might be learly of giving away there only good idea. Ya know scarity mentality.
One thing I have learned tho. Its not the idea thats the gold, its the exucusion thats gold. If ya don't beleive me Go eat at your local mcdaonalds and rate the food. There product stinks at yet there excution of idea is MEGA DEAL RULE THE WORLD.
So if your setting on the fence safe guarding your oh so perscouis idea, get on with it. Gees man, a seed thats kept in the pocket never grows.

hmm great offer, i'll keep this in mind when i want to change to host gator, my current host only allows 5gb and 20 domains.

btw, how much do you make on commission from hostgator?

The standard HostGator commissions are $50-$125 per sign up. The range depends on how many customers you send per month.

01-05 per month -- $50 /signup
06-10 per month -- $75 /signup
11-20 per month -- $100 /signup
21+ per month -- $125 /signup

i too debate on hosting and domain purchasing for the longest time! I finally bit the bullet and decide to buy both and use it for marketing several blogs and sites.

A lot of people fall victim to thinking you won't need any money to make money. not always the case. you might not needed at first but eventually you will.

Besides, having your own domain and hosting gives you more flexibility to promote your affiliate sites.

just my 2 pennies though, some of us like to learn the hard way!

Honestly,

As the OP said some seven months ago lol... It is inexplicable to want to get into IM and not be willing to pay the $11.99 for a domain and the $4.95/month for a hosting account.

That being stated, this is exactly why I have been lurking around the Warrior Forum for the last three years. Positivity and encouragement are contageous and this forum is a testament to that.

I am only upset with myself for not taking part in more conversations over the last 3 years. I have been pretty selfish really, taking all of the great information and applying it, but never giving back. Sorry Warriors, that is going to change now.
