Let me give you $100 to make money with or fund your business

Hey Fellow Warriors,

I constantly see posts on here where people are saying stuff like "what's the easiest way to turn $xxx into $xxxx?" or "I have $100 to invest -- what's the best way to invest it to make money fast?" And with that, I've also seen TONS of different opinions on what the best way to go about that is.

However, a lot of those opinions seem to be a good mix of theory mixed with guys that have legitimately done so, and it's hard for the newcomer to truly know what worked and what didn't. Not to mention that I've seen a lot of bad advice too mixed with the good stuff. :)

So I'd like to do two things: 1) Help newcomers get real life examples in detail about exactly how to turn a small investment into a lot more and 2) give back to the community by sponsoring 10 warriors to do such. I think it'll be pretty fun.

So here's the deal -- I'll fund 10 warriors with $100 each. You tell me what you want me to fund you for and I'll pay it for you -- no strings attached. If you want hosting, a domain, an autoresponder, Adwords, PPV, solo ads, Facebook ads, Fiverr purchases, articles, outsourcers, etc. -- doesn't matter. You have $100 as your budget for anything you want that I'll pay for 100%.

And you'll have one month to turn that into a profit.

There's no catch, except that A) you have to give a detailed step by step of exactly what you did and how (with proof to make it fair) so others can follow and obviously allow us to feature your story and B) you can't purchase your own product(s) with the $100 just for a quick buck or do anything illegal.

And to make things more interesting, of the 10 people that I'll pick of those that apply here, I'll give $500 as a first place prize for the person who makes the most off the $100 budget within one month, $250 for second place for the second largest profit, and $100 to the person who makes any kind of a profit the fastest.

Sound like a fun thing for some warriors to do? If so, reply here or hit me up at brian [at] webfire.com with a sentence or two about yourself and what you plan on using the $100 for. I'll try my best to pick a good mix.

- Brian

Quick Edit -- Also, you don't have to spend $100. If you're able to do anything for free and can show a profit and follow the same rules, you can apply to as well (I'll even let you keep the money if you do it for free in that case).

I can give you a trick how one can bypass your plan and can easily earn $500 from you.

Re: Let me give you $100 to make money with or fund your business

Seonutshell -- just trying to give back while also making it fun. I'll ultimately share some of my own ways along with the others that were successful too, but I thought this would be a good way to get the most diversity in it and be cool for all.

Punjabi -- that's why I say that you have to show proof. If I think someone is trying to lie or game it all, you won't win any of the prizes. And I'll also pick the ten that I think would be the best fit, so I don't think people lying would be a huge factor when I'll make it so proof must be shown.

yeah thats what I am saying anyone with smart box at top can bypass it with real proof of earnings..

Punjabi, it'll require more than just simple proof of earnings. I wasn't born yesterday with this stuff and been in the business a long time -- I'm pretty good at telling legit stuff from fake stuff.

Breadcrumb Blogger, yes, I'm 100% serious here. :)

And all you have to do is what I outlined in the post here: "Sound like a fun thing for some warriors to do? If so, reply here or hit me up at brian [at] webfire.com with a sentence or two about yourself and what you plan on using the $100 for. I'll try my best to pick a good mix."

Hi Brian,

I must say what you are trying to achieve is very commendable. Showing success stories that are proven, is and will be a great moral booster to any struggling IMer.

My only concern for you is that you could be throwing some if not all of your money down the toilet so to speak. What I mean is, there are many people trying their luck at IM for whom their budget is not an issue .. having a plan or method is the issue - so giving these people your money will only result in a loss for you unless they can give you an outline of their plan at the outset. - not just after the event.

Good luck with this anyway .. I take my hat off to you and I will be watching this thread with interest.

briankoz 7th November 2013 07:46 PM

Re: Let me give you $100 to make money with or fund your business

Hey Graham,

That's exactly why I require everyone who wants to be considered for this to submit a plan of what they intend on doing. I've been marketing online for a long time and have many successful online businesses as a result, so i can usually tell what plans are good, what plans are iffy, and what plans are doomed to fail from the start.

And hey, even if only a few of the ten people do really well with it, that's still a win in my book and I'd be glad to lose the rest of the money. :)

Awesome, Breadcrumb, I got the e-mail and will review it with the others and get back to everyone shortly. There's still plenty of time to send in your plan -- I plan on leaving this up for a couple days or so before I'll post in here saying who was picked.

Hi.

I will take the challenge because I subscribed to WebFire yesterday. :-)

RE: WebFire, however, I have not been able to log in as the credentials are not working and now I'm locked out. I was able to log in to HelpDesk just fine, but no reply to my tickets from yesterday as of yet.

Can you help? And, what else do you need from me for the $100?

Thanks!

Re: Let me give you $100 to make money with or fund your business

Thanks all -- I'll be reviewing them all shortly.

Adpres, you normally can just click on the lost password if your credentials aren't working, but after several incorrect login attempts, it will temporarily shut you off as a security measure. If you e-mail support@webfire.com, they'll get back to you within 24 hours or less. You can also e-mail me at brian@webfire.com if you have any issues.

As for what to do here, I just need you to e-mail me a little info about yourself, what your exact plan is for the money, and how you'll go about your plan.

Hey Brian, if this offer is still up, I'd be interested to take a slot. If not, that's okay. Its nice to see people like you still exist. Helping out newbies to grow their business will definitely bring good karma to you.

Anyway, I am also sending you a PM containing this information. I just thought of posting it too, in case you have too many PMs to handle, which might just put my message on queue.

So here's my story...I offer a writing service here at the Warrior Forum. We've been a member for close to a year already, but the service I am offering started since 2002, servicing a local magazine here in my country. Basically, my knowledge is more on the writing side...I have several writers working for me already, and we do it in an 'office setting' type, where my writers come in at 8am and leaves at 5pm. So my service is not the typical outsourcing of writers type. So that's my story.

My concern is, I do have a website where I have set up my purchase buttons for articles and ebooks. Here it is: Amanda Jane's Writing Service - Home as you can see, it is a free website, and I have been thinking of paying to set up a more legit and a more professional looking one for my service. I don't have issues with the current earnings, because I receive orders on a weekly basis. But I know I can do more than that, and I want to know how to gain more orders, from new clients, and not just relying on old clients for both ebooks and articles. I am not a technical person, so I kept on delaying the website set up. But if there is someone who can assist me and walk me through, I'd really appreciate it. I mean, I know the basics, probably more, but I am on for more information about the technical side of setting up a website. Content not included, because I can work on that. :) Thanks in advance! - Amanda

Hey, this is a really great opportunity you got here, which I'd like to be part of if possible :).

I started like 1 year ago with Internet Marketing, researching, trying different methods and etc, but not earning much other than experience, small amounts of money.

I will invest these into PPD Marketing, needing like 50$ to set-up all the things.

If you do think I am a good choice, this would be a great offer for me.

Best regards,
O. Iulian

I registered a domain in feb 13, and made it a local general classifieds site and hosted it on free web hosts, it wasn't a success, so then I made it a marketing blog and then a classifieds and auctions forum and at last a free hosting provider before making it again a classifieds site. I tried almost every free host available, than I found a one year free hosting coupon on this chirstmas and now I am getting good uptime. I changed my twitter username to match my site, it has 2100 followers and made a page on fb which has 121 likes and a fb group with 400+ members. With my domain expiring on this feb, If I get this amount, I will renew my domain and will spend rest of money on facebook marketing

He had a high post count so I was hoping for some good ol' survivor style entertainment. I'm so disappointed. I hope the guy didn't get a bunch of people's hopes up for naught.
