Anything like Auction Acrobat that can be used by a noob please?

Noob here needing some guidance please. I have been reading through the threads across the various forums and have signed up for the 30 day challenge.
I was making a small income from eBay but they have changed all the goal posts again and my income has nose dived so looking at promotion and IM to allow me to specialise in the self-help and training field.
I do want to keep the eBay income but with a lot less impact on my time so was looking at automating Kunaki. Auction Acrobat seemed to tick all the boxes until I downloaded the software - woha! mine field as I am not technical and the php stuff was waaaaaaay beyond me.
Is there any easier software than this, anything maybe server side that is managed or something that just does what it says on the tin?
I guess if you have some php experience this is all a walk in the park 0 without any its daunting.
