My business is sinking! I don't know why?

Hello,
I don't know if it's right forum for this post or not. If not then please move this thread to other forum in which it will be more perfect..

Our company name is : Web Inventa Limited - Clipping Path, Photoshop Masking, Photo Retouching Service providers

We are trying to gain free trials from online members, and expecting new clients for our business. We are basically providing graphics related services. But we are not receiving any free trials from last six months!!! So, We are not getting new orders from any clients from last six months!

We have done everything to get new customers. But each time we failed. We have added free trial button in every single page, also we have implemented quick contact page but nothing from any clients/buyers.

I and my company still looking for a solution.

Can anyone please tell me what to do now? How to expand our business? How to get free trials from new clients?


I am seriously looking for some good answers. So please share or advise how we could grow our business....

    Well, my opinion is that you've got too much stuff going on at your site. I think it looks kinda "messy".
    - Where's the CTA?
    - Where is the BUY button?
    - It doesn't say anything what you get in your "Free Offer".
    - Make the "Free Offer" button BIGGER and more attractive.

    Free trials are one of the best, most effective ways to build your business. That it isn't working for you means one of two things:

    1) The offer isn't clear, meaning visitors don't see or understand what you're offering; or

    2) You aren't attracting qualified prospects, meaning you're either getting visitors who aren't in the market for what you're trialing, or the trial isn't properly positioned for them.

    You probably know this, but if not, as someone in this industry forever, I can tell you there is a huge, ongoing need for various graphic services.

    My suggestion would be to think through and validate whether your free trial offer is the 'right' offer, presented the 'right' way; what your traffic profile looks like (who is visiting your site and how they are finding you); and how to align those two things to get the results you're aiming for.

      He's right pal... Maybe there's a problem about your business site... You should try asking one of your co-workers for help about this kind of stuffs...

    hey Sajjad,

    1) Create a video about your Free offer
    2) Upload on YouTube
    3) share it on at least 20 IM and computer related forums

    ... good luck

    OK - much more info is needed!
    1. How much traffic are you getting?
    2. Where is it coming from
    3. Where is it landing

    That is a start.

    Secondly I recommend getting a copywriter for your landing pages - they all seem to be about you - but customers aren't interested in that. Your customer wants to know What Is In It For Me.

    Your "Why choose us" is very weak - either generic promises that everyone makes (for example - quick turnaround time), or something that shouldn't need saying at all (for example - super fin communication)

    Also I see your free trial button - but it doesn't say what it is a free trial of! Give some idea what people are getting in this free trial.
