How to increase conversion rate on Fiverr?

Hi! I've made about $50 on Fiverr in the last month, but haven't had any buyers in over a week. I also haven't gotten any orders since receive my level one badge. I have 100% positive rating. Here's a link to it.

I think the problem is my conversion rate. Its at 1.7%. I know this is really bad. How do I increase this?

I just had a look at your page and I could not see any obvious things that could increase conversion. I think one comment I would have is to maybe add a few more line breaks to the description just to format it better. Maybe highlight a few of the key points.

You could maybe create a short (15-20 second) video showcasing some of your designs with some nice graphic effects just to showcase some professionalism and make buyers confident that you are the real deal. You can do this video yourself or outsource it.

Other than that everything seems to be fine. I really like your work! A lot of great designs. I may well purchase some gigs from you sometime soon when I need a new logo!

    Keep up the good work!

I agree, you could do a look better selling yourself and your services. Give them reasons to use you, why they should use you, ect. Right now it's not real compelling. Very blah.

As someone who used to sell on Fiverr I can see that you've done everything pretty well in terms of having an optimal gig. These are a couple things I'd do differently though:

    - If you do 1 day delivery/express delivery as standard
    - Add a video - you could use something like this to showcase logos.

You can try getting more traffic to the gig by posting in Facebook groups, etc.

This is something I often thought about when I was selling on fiverr. I think it would be a great way to increase traffic

I am going to be honest with you as there are major issues here which would stop me from ordering a logo from you.

    1. You have 2 logos that look exactly the same but have different wording so have obviously been sold to two different people. This shows you use templates to design the logos instead of creating each one unique. The first one is for "act 2 attract" and the second one is for "to retire rich" both logos are identical bar the text.

    2. Your logo quality is terrible, this is just my opinion put they look awful. "private lending coach" ??? seriously someone accepted this as a logo?

I would suggest you take a look at the following gigs and learn from their designs as well as their descriptions:

    https://www.fiverr.com/ei8htz/design-2-outstanding-logo

    https://www.fiverr.com/antonclevela9...ive-hi-quality

For driving traffic I suggest you use paid advertising which links directly to your gig.

Use google keyword planner to find keywords such as "logo design fiverr.com" and so on. Use adwords, bing, facebook even paid forum ads to drive traffic.

Invest $500 get 50+ 5 star reviews and the free traffic that lands on your page will start to convert. From there you slow down your paid advertising and rely on free fiverr search traffic.

The most important thing here is 1. Quality work and 2. Quality feedback.

If you have money to invest then get the ratings and feedback positive and your gig will start to convert easily!

Hi, the logos that you say are from a template, the client wanted four logos with the exact same design. All my logos are sent in a high quality jpg, and png.

Thanks for all the tips though. You make some good points otherwise.

You can pin your logo samples on sites such as Pinterest and WeHeartIt so that others can see samples of your work. Just be sure to include a good description of what you are offering and don't use an affiliate link when linking to your service pages.

I don't understand how paying will actually help your Fiverr career. And, actually many people will never earn $500 in a year from Fiverr, so that money would be pure loss.

The more customers that give you a high score on your ratings along with a testimonial helped my conversions.

This is certainly true. People tend to be skeptical about buying from someone with little or no feedback. You will just have to stick it out until you get a few positive reviews. Unless you know people that could purchase a gig or two just for the sake of reviews. Just to give you a bit of preselection before you start.

Yes this is probably enough to get started with. Potential buyers will at least be able to see that people have actually bought from you and are satisfied. Although having more can never hurt but 10 is a good start!

Are you active on the Fiverr forum? Are you advertising your link via other webmaster forums?

Just a few things you can do to advertise your site, in addition to pinning logos on Pinterest.

I noticed how few services you have delivered lately. One thing you might do to spur sales is to simply offer a related but different service that would be compatible with the one you are offering now, such as tweaking an existing design or ebook cover design.

Maybe you just have not found your perfect niche yet.

Great questions, and I have one suggestion that you could take action on right now.

Go to the the 5 top sellers in each category for the same services you're selling, and see what the most common pieces of their sales page include. Examples: benefits, special offers, bonuses, revisions, etc.

Success leaves clues. Find what's working and copy it

I made $3000 my first full month selling on fiverr.

I sold one and done, mini wso style gigs that required people to opt in to download what they paid for.

I was able to build a list of 300 folks (you can do this too...follow the war room model).

People were literally paying me to get on my list, lol.

I routinely received anywhere from $5 to $50 per customer, along with an ethical bribe to get them to leave me positive feedback.

I called it the "ace up the sleeve" method.

Anyways, one way to get more conversions is to offer incentives to get people to order.

Figure out a way to add instant value out of thin air to get people excited to order.

Perhaps offer freebies or the source file or something...

    Get creative.

This is not hard and the more positive reviews you get the strange thing is the more orders you'll start to get.

Offer freebies if your buyers also share your gigs using the social media share button (a routine requirement of mine upon delivery).

    Hope these little tips helped.

    Regards,

    Los

It is very important that you increase your conversion rate. Because I have seen your link which you have posted here and in that I don't see anything impressive in which client take any interest. Please modify it to get the buyers.
