Is it ok to use articles on website for article directories?

Hi there,

I just have a quick question. I am wondering if, it is ok to use the articles I have on my website to publish on the article directories?

I am assuming that I won't get penalised for duplicate content because essentially I wouldn't be replicating the content on my own site.

What do you reckon?

    Yes there should be no problem with duplicate problem - it's a myth that's keep getting repeated. If you intend to post to article directories though, make sure that you post them to your blog or website first, and send your articles to Goarticles and Ezinearticles before you post to other directories.And don't post them till they have been accepted by the two main ones I mentioned.
