Appropriate Affiliate Software?

Hi all

May I please ask for a word of advice. I am using wordpress and woocommerce and I want to add a system whereby wholesalers can sign up and get paid based on sales that THEIR clients have in the system. So each client would have a wholesaler assigned (can be manually) to them and that wholesaler would be paid monthly their commissions, based on the numbers of sales their clients made.

There would be no affiliate links or anything like that, simply a commission on signed in users purchasing the products.

Does anyone know of an affiliate plugin for wordpress/woocommerce compatible that would do this please?

    Basically, you want to set up an affiliate network, host sales pages (posts) and get an override or membership fees.

    There should be various ways of accomplishing this. However, I advise you to hire a WP Developer to create the specific user experience that you are seeking.

      I AM a WP Developer, just looking to start with a capable multi-tier affiliate plugin so as to cost my client as little as possible, and not re-invent the wheel for her.

        there are forums that are dedicated to affiliate marketing from the vendor and affiliate sides of the business. I would suggest googiling "affiliate marketing forums" and do your research at one of those.

        Then, as a quality professional, you need to educate your client as to what the "real" costs are in choosing a standard plugin (which may not do everything she wants nor give her business the uniqueness it may need to succeed) and having one custom made that properly promotes her brand significantly.

        Just on the basis of website value alone, having a custom plugin increases the value of the site as an asset. If she's any kind of business woman, she'll go for the investment.

        You will make more money by respecting your professional skills and educating your clients in accordance. How much money you make per client is relative to how well you educate them.

        Otherwise, you're always leaving money on the table.

    I think they have Wordpress extentions to connect with the WP members.


    Try their demo on their sites and see if those are compatible.

    I made a plugin that does this but just for selling web advertising. I got quite complex too and made it work in both the Wordpress multisite as well as a regular plugin. I don't know how much more complex it would be if you add all the other additional products you are talking about but if you PM me I'd be glad to see if I can help
