I need Some Banner Advertising Advice!!!

INTERNET MARKETING

I am having some banners designed, and i am looking for some sites to do a little testing, before I move onto some of the more dominant websites.

Do you have any suggestions on some low to mid cost mlm/network marketing sites that offer banner advertising...
If you know some popular blogs in that niche that offer banner advertising I would be glad to test them out too.
