Payoneer card to ATM money withdraw problem - please help

Just 5 days ago I have tried to withdraw money though Payoneer card from my local ATM but after enter the amount I didn't received the money due to ATM problem.

I contact immediately the ATM owner (bank) and they told me, they can't solve this problem as this card issued by another company you better contact with the card provider.

However, then I checked my account and can see the transaction in my accounts Pending Authorizations section but today I can see it in my transaction list!!!

I immediately email to payoneer but it has gone 5 day without reply so today I mailed again.

What can I do in this situation?
Is there any way to get my money back?

    From my past experience:

    1. If you withdraw money from an ATM and for whatever reason that transaction is not processed, then it is the ATM's owner responsibility, no matter what credit card you use.

    2. Stop emailing and call their support line directly.

    The best thing you can do is print the transaction details, go to the bank and do not leave until they solve the problem. It is amazing how helpful people become when you are willing to insist until someone helps me and then ask for someone in charge.

      I second this. Just call them directly. Some just really dont give a rat's behind on their emails.
      Plus its in real time so its much better that way.
