Phone Services = VoIP, Voicemail, Auto Dialers

Hello everyone,

I'm in a situation where I need to accept calls coming in from different States and also make calls to different States.

I am using my local phone company at the moment and was wondering if anyone can refer me to other services.

For voicemail I found eVoice.com online and I have also used them before and was happy with them. I'm wondering about VoIP though as I have never used it aside from Skype which was terrible reception at least a few years back when I used it.

A friend of mine recommended Twilio.com and said that they only charge you for what you use unlike the set plans with eVoice.com.

I also want to get a local number in each State I'm working in so it could add up and get expensive if I used eVoice.com even on a basic plan level.

Now is Twilio.com and services like it reliable? Is there a good alternative and competitor to Twilio.com?

I have a few toll free numbers I'm going to connect to them too. Just wondering if there is more options available on the phone / voicemail / auto dialers side of things.

That leads me to auto dialers. Any insights on a good service for this? How exactly do they work and not bombard you with more calls than you can actually perform?

Thanks J
