Posting on WP Blog, but not showing up?

I have been trying to publish a new post on my word press blog and when I publish it, it says that the page I am looking for isn't available. What am I doing wrong??

    Hi there,

    Check your permalink structure is set up correctly and that it has updated your .htaccess file.

    Some webhosts set the .htaccess to non writeable, which means when you change the permalinks it confuses the hell out of Wordpress because the .htaccess hasn't been updated to allow the permalink change to work.

      Also, make sure that the post you are creating doesn't have a title that conflicts with an existing physical directory name.

      For example, let's say you created a physical directory called "green-widget-articles" to keep all your articles.

      Then don't do a post titled "green widget articles" because that will conflict with your physical directory name.
