Been awhile since I've had to outsource anything.

Where are solid places to find virtual assistants from the Philippines?

Freelancer.com
Upwork.com
Fiverr.com

Are the ones that come to mind, but if there are better places I would be happy to hear.

    Here you mentioned the good three freelancing site name. You also mentioned your expected freelancer country's name also.

    I would like to suggest here, it is not important which site or, which countries people you are going to use. But it is too much important how the freelancer is expert. So you can use any site which you like most. Every site has good & expert freelancer. But you need to check their previous work history & feedback before hiring the Freelancer. The Expert people are not in a country, they are in the whole world. Thanks for your advance.

    Upwork has huge number of freelancers from Philippines. So you can try on upwork. When you are going to hire someone, I suggest you to take a close look on his feedback and reviews.

    Here is a little tip. There are a lot of forum posters on Fiverr, they work a lot, but they make $50-150 a month. They are pretty educated internet users, and I think, they would be pretty happy to work as virtual assistants.

    The other way is freelancer.com - there are hundreds of VA.
