Hi everybody,
Does anyone use Jing? I have recently bought the Pro version hoping to do some good videos but unfortunately I can`t. The problem is when I log on a little Jing box appears saying that a new version is available. When you click ok to download the new version, microsoft puts up a box saying that Jing has encountered a problem & has to shut down!
I have tried going on their website but there isn`t actually any contact info.
Anybody got any ideas what the problem may be & how to resolve it?
