Is Optimize Press better than a wordpress landin page with plugins?

Hi there, I write code so a lot of this marketing terminology is new to me.
My understanding so far is that I need a landing page to promote on JVZoo that will eventually lead customers to my main website where they can buy/access the product

A few questions:

1. Does the domain name of the landing page need to be the same as the domain/web address of the e-shop?

2. Is optimize press better than a wordpress landing page with a opt- in plugin?

3. I am selling courses online. How do I ensure that the product sold on the JVZoo landing page sells there itself and not on the main website ? (I can't out a JVZoo buy button on my course website since I am using a learning management system)

Thanks

How much research have you done on the JV Zoo support page?

No it in my opinion. WP would be the best option if you know how to use it properly.

    1. The sales page can be wherever you want.

    2. If you know how to code, you should be able to make your own pages.

    3. Where you SELL the product does not have to be where you DELIVER the product.

Point # 3 ! Yes that's exactly what I wanted to know! I will set up a sub domain to set the address of where I sell the product just to make things consistent name wise. Thanks

I used to use Optimize Press. I also went the landing page plugin route.

They were both functional, but still not fast enough for me and a little too much working with code, which I try and avoid at all costs.

I purchased InstaBuilder, which is also a WP plugin. I immediately fell in love with it. Absolutely the best funnel building plugin that I've ever used. Extremely easy to use and loaded with everything you need to build just about any kind of lander/sales page/squeeze page/download page/bonus page, etc.

I haven't used them all by a long shot, so there may be better out there, but for the price I'm extremely satisfied with InstaBuilder.

I think I got it on sale for $97 or $197, not sure which. Either way it was well worth it since you only pay once and don't have to worry about an inflated monthly payment.

I'm not going to mention any by name, but there are a few funnel/landing page builders out there that charge by the month and IMO, they are not worth what they charge by a long shot.

Besides, my policy is always to avoid monthly bills if I can help it. Just my two cents.

I am like that. I like paying for things yearly or a one time cost rather than month by month which turns out to be more expensive in the long run.
