How can I create a goal funnel in analytics for tracking the particular section on a page?

    In this case, events are your best friend. You can then use Google Analytics events to when creating your goal.

    If your FAQ is an accordion style type of FAQ where the user has to click the question to view the answer, you could have an event fire on the link click.

    If it is not an accordion style, you could use jQuery to track when a specific page element reaches the top of the screen and then have the jQuery code fire the event.
