Why Affiliate Marketing Is Great and how to leverage this if you are just starting out

Hey Warriors!

Today I am going to talk about different ways through which you can generate a smart passive income.

You guessed it correctly, It's affiliate marketing...

There are a ton of bloggers out there who simply don't get the idea of where to start and how to promote an affiliate offer. And the result ends up being spammy commenting, force selling etc etc.

This has to stop. There is no way to make a living if you are to only spam people and force your products and services even if they don't want to buy from you.

In this short article, I will show you three ways of starting an affiliate business from scratch.

#1 Start with Percentage Sale Offers
For those who are just starting out, you can focus on starting with Percentage sale promotion.

This is the most common form of sales promotion, wherein you get a percentage as commission from each sale you make. The more the number of sales the more profits you generate.

#2 CPA offers
These kinds of offers are generally focused towards insurance sector, loan opt-ins, bitcoins and so on.

In this method, you get a fixed amount of commission, regardless of whatever they spend on the program.

Check out flavoursofdigital.com/affiliate-marketing-for-dummies/ for more details.

#3 Pay per lead offer
These offers are uncommon to most and generally don't require much expertise in affiliate marketing.

In this method all you have to do is send traffic to the landing page, if your visitors enter your email and name.

Guess what happens!

You make commissions... Offers like swagbucks and many other lead gen products offer these kinds of opportunities to beginners.

But, this method pays less as compared to the other two methods.

So start hustling and create a income stream for yourself.

Hope this helps.

    Nice methods Arijit.

I'd add; create helpful content related to the niche and build strong bonds. Fab ways to boost sales through any affiliate stream.

Hi Arijit. I checked out your new website, casually referenced in your post, and it says:

"Disclosure of how much I made with AM

Last month with drop shipping business I've made around $75,000 just through sales promotion and I expect it to be a stable form of income that might increase in later years to come."

Care to comment on your income claim?

FYI - Drop shipping is not affiliate marketing and is not a passive income method. Best of luck with your new IM business.

Yes, drop shipping business is a different ball game altogether, not affiliate marketing but in some sense, it is quite similar to A/M. In drop shipping you don't have to hold the products in your warehouse. You can outsource those products and make sales, Similar to affiliate marketing, you don't need to have the product, you are just promoting to make commissions.

But I get your point both of them are different in broader terms.

Coming back to the point where you have quoted, this is true. I can show detailed analytics of traffic data as well as sales data. Instead, I've given the minimal value of what's possible with what I have earned last month.

And the post is not to brag about how much I make, but to educate people it is possible to make money online. With the right set of knowledge and toolsets one can make a living. And this is why I have started my own YouTube channel, guiding people how to start setting up ClickBank, what tools are required to build assets and so on..

      Hope that helps

  • Widening your network is definitely a HUGE plus in any kind of business, including affiliate marketing. It is also a good idea to look for opportunities that will help you achieve this such as attending offline business events.
