How do guys like Tai Lopez, Kevin David etc get away with advertising get rich quick ads on YT? in

Google's ad policy strictly says no get rich quick ads etc but yet guys like Tai Lopez & Kevin David etc have a bunch of ads on YT with that narratives.

They also get away with Facebook etc. And yes their ads also bring visitors to a lead capture page, which is usually an auto reject if you try to advertise using Google or Facebook because they want advertisers to offer "engaging content" than just a registration form.

So how do they game the system?

    Don't know for sure - but my guess is just like any ad venue...money (and traffic) talks.


    I remember in years past when members were shocked to learn Google Adsense had different rules for some publishers.



    Marketers with highly branded names - with tons of traffic - and a lot of ad dollars spent.....might have a slightly different set of rules. Just my guess.

      Yep. High spend accounts typically have their own account "manager" given to them free by Google and/or Facebook who bend the rules and help optimize things to keep the money flowing every day. Adsense even customizes designs for certain high traffic clients like Quora and stuff like that, its just corporate corruption.

      Unless someone files a lawsuit, the rule bending continues. Government tends to have no "time" to regulate or investigate most fraud.

    To throw into the Money talks theory I believe Tai is the #2 ( tops 10 at least ) advertiser on facebook and right up there on YouTube as well.

    This may or may not be helpful.
    A friend of mine owns a very successful computer repair shop. Google disallowed his Adsense account because he was advertising things like virus removal and remote repair. Which are obvious gateways to spammers and malware. But, they were allowing companies like Best Buy to advertise the same services.

    Once they verified their business, (there is a way to do that with Google), then Google allowed them to advertise again, using the same services.

    I agree that ad spend can and does make a difference, but reputation has merit as well.

    I don't know about Facebook. They're still allowing data mining surveys on there and people keep taking them. Who knows?

      the critical part of your post ..is the verification process ..i think all of the income claims made in add need to be verified ..no anonymous claims oh b.h from idaho made 70,000 dollars in the first two and a half hours..though with bit coin it did always seem scetchy

    well maybe the idea of what you think get rich quick is..is far different than what you tube and Facebook have..where i get you tube adds from 50 different people for buz ops or business training courses ..

    there are federal laws that change regularly that guide what can be said in an advertisement especially regarding income claims and promises ..

    What makes you say they're marketing get rich quick?

    They may talk about making money. And building wealth. And show a lot of the fancy things you can buy with wealth.

    But that doesn't mean it's get rich quick. It's just about building wealth. Which are two separate topics.

    Get rich quick is more like "Make $1000 In The Next 24 Hours Using This Newly Discovered Facebook Hack."

    Their message is: "Look At How I Went From Living In A Mobile Home In North Carolina To Owning All The Cars I've Ever Dreamed Of. But You Know What I Like More Than Cars? KNOWLEDGE!"

    There's really nothing quick about getting knowledge. It's a gradual process...

    I think most people know that already...

    I suppose it depends on your monthly spend. Spend enough per month and they will open the door and let you in and slam it shut for everyone else. Let's face it.....it's all about the dollars. Big spenders will get their own account manager, who's job it is to add an air of respectability to whatever. These comments are made in general, as I am not bashing anyone. Just my 2 cents.

      maybe it's not about how much they are spending at all..or gaming the system orany sort of double standard .

      there business models and advertisements simple do follow the Federal guide lines and the corporate guidelines with the documentation to go along with any claims.

      tai would never show the tax records ..but legally he can write off much or all of the stuff he shows in his comercials the cars and that nice big house ..or at least the mortgage payment on that house .

      the tax system in this country the USA punishes hourly or human effort based income..and savings..and gives many incentive to business spending to earn income and several type of long term investment ..into things where hourly or effort based income tends to pay the tax on.

    Like many of you guys believe, I do think too that these kind of people are just above laws and let their money do the work.

    Did they make their business approved so they can advertise ? Yeah maybe.

    Did they approve their business model even though it is considered as rich quick ? Maybe.

    I don't know because obviously I never done it, but when you're ready to put hundreds of thousands on the table, FB and YT can probably close their eyes on it and the report complaints they get when it get flag. My 0.02 $

    I can't specifically remember Tai Lopez's ads. But usually high profile marketers like him market courses on the 'front end'. He also get a lot of FREE Traffic to his other link on his channel.

    I am still trying to figure out the Raging Bull ad we all see on a daily basis that Guy made 2.5 Million from Investing Stocks at home Part time because it is obviously a profitable campaign but I have not seen any copy cats.

    I think credibility comes to play here. The likes are Tai have established themselves with FB and Google. Hence can easily get away with such adverts.
