I Want A New Domain And Site, But What...

Hello everyone,

long time no chat...

I would like ideas or thoughts on what sites are popular and
used regularly nowadays... I am almost thinking an
ad/link/banner exchange type site but not a traffic exchange.

Or some sort of sharing site. I am not sure which way to go.

What sites do you think are useful to marketers or social media users?

    What niche are you asking about. I would probably not list the sites I use personally here on this forum for the simple fact that lots of people would just start spamming it.

    when I stuck so I visit the top sites list like https://www.alexa.com/topsites or AHREFS or SEMRUSH's most populare sites list. you should also explore this.

    Hello Jamie. I would suggest creating an email list. A list you can offer valuable info and related services and products.

    When creating your email list, you build something solid that you
    can use for a very long time.

    For traffic, you could use Facebook ads and send visitors
    to an opt-in page or form.

    Recently I did a project where I did not use a paid hosting
    company. Instead I used Cloudflare workers. Works great
    and fast loading time.

    So a domain from Namesilo and "free hosting" at Cloudflare.

    Before creating a website why not go to the JUST SOLD section of an auction site like Flippa. Then you know without a doubt what pros find valuable.

    I find pure Gold there. Sellers share their traffic strategies, outsourcing, revenue, it is a Free University.

    Even the back and forth discussion from seller to potential investors you can pick up some gold nuggets.

    If you see a nice sold price and a single bid skip it...I won't get into the details of that.
