Where To Make A Digital Business Card

A client of mine asked for a digital business card to help generate leads for me. I've been working online for 14 years and seems like the old traditional cards are phasing out. Anybody m me where I can make a profile and create a digital business card? I don't mind if it costs as most marketing does and I see this as an investment.
