Tactics for lead generation of C-levels?

I need to get leads for a SAAS that's tailored to the Fortune 5000s (pretty pricey).

I plan on targeting an audience of mid-management folks (head of marketing, VP of growth) as well as an audience of C-levels (CEO, COO, CTO, etc.).

Any software or tools you know of to get a hold of their emails and names at scale?

Any tactics, funnels, etc. targeting these specifically given their time is limited?

Where would you run ads for them? What kind of funnel/landing page would you build?

Also thinking of doing direct mail so any tactics related to that would be great!

    Fortune 500 C-suite is the single most targeted segment in B2B. My mentor was a CMO at one of those companes. He got 120 cold emails per day, about the same amount of DM's on LInkedIn. Every company is doing ABM display across all ad networks to target these people. It's going to be a battle to even get their attention let alone convert that attention. That being said, use Apollo.io and Ocean.io to find the companies. Snov to get the emails. Instantly to send the emails. You need to set up your deliverability backend and multiple inboxes. I run cold emails for my clients (anywhere between 3,000-15,000 emails/month).
