Screen Recording Software Problem

QUESTION

I am seeking a free screen recording software, tool that will allow one to make me make short 5-15 minute videos. The video created should not be dependent on the screen recording software and video being saved on their servers and if you delete the video saved on their servers, the video now becomes unavailable and the person who you sent the video link too can no longer be view it....

What free recording software can you recommend that will not have the problem I had with a video recorded using LOOM software, whereby, the video link sent to customer will always be able to see the video permanently even if the person who recorded the video deletes the video from his computer or servers from screen recording company

This does not seem realistic to me - but I don't do videos so could be wrong.

You want to use a FREE service but want to keep the video yourself after deleting it from the FREE service? You expect too much IMO.

From blog themes to free apps - the exchange for using the service for FREE includes displaying an advertisement for the name of the app. That is common sense. Of course if you DELETE the video from the app...the link is gone.

If you want full control - use a paid service to create your video.

If you hire a freelancer to make your videos - hire someone who HAS a paid program to use so the video is 'movable'. If you go with the cheapest freelancer, and only free apps and services - you will never have full control of your business online.

Edit: To be clear, I'm not saying you can't use free options - you can. BUT - you have to work within the limitations of the apps.

Spend $200 and get Camtasia. If you cannot afford that, you
need to cut back on other expenses or figure something out.

Spend your time developing an actual viable business model
and stop worrying about depriving customers from watching
your video, most people don't watch more than once anyway.
