What is your process after hitting "Publish" on Your Blog?

Fellow Warriors.

Just getting ready to publish my newest blog post and had a thought.

I have my process for what I do after I submit a blog but I was really intriqued on what some of the other more powerful bloggers do. I am only a "gettting started" blogger and I am going to put 100% focus into my blog and my list in the upcomming months.

I would love to hear what your process is after submit....

    i run cron (This usually attracts spider anyway, it also pings..but this is for a Drupal system)

    Otherwise...yes, bookmarking, facebook and digg.

    not all bookmarking sites are created equal, if you just bookmark a few of the high PR
    sites, you will get loads of quality traffic.

    My favourite bookmarking sites are:

    1. mixx.com
    2. propeller.com
    3. xomba.com
    4. twitter.com

    Heres what you should ideally do.

    Your post should target a keyword that gets searched in google.

    eg. "How to train a dog to sit down and be quite and sleep blah blah"

    Ok so thats your title but your main keywords here is train a dog, now bookmark your post using the title train a dog. All the bookmarks will give you link juice but thats not enough. Now you outsource some web2.0 content to create blogger blogs, wordpress, squidoo with a spun article of your first post (or have them write one about "train a dog", get an anchor text for "train a dog" pointing back to that page url.
