Easy video plugin for Wordpress

INTERNET MARKETING

I have a welcome video that I want to install on my blog and have downloaded Daiko's video plugin but don't understand how to use. Anyone out there understand how to use it or can suggest an easier option to install the video in a sidebar widget on the blog. Thanks in advance!

I would suggest flowplayer dot org. It's very easy to integrate.
