Need help signing up at myjeeves.ask.com!

Hey guys i am having trouble making an account on myjeeves.ask.com

I've entered all the information correctly and have tried several times but after i click sign up i keep getting an error message saying "could not create a new registered user" i have tried with both firefox and internet explorer and still getting this.

Does anybody know why this is happening and how to get around it maybe?

    when I tried to log in I get "server busy"

    methinks they are out of bandwidth perhaps? or under DDoS attack, or... they don't have the money to get more servers?

    I dunno, but server busy means we can't log in until they straighten is out
